Esther is the firm’s Executive Director with primary responsibility for daily operations, including overseeing human resources, marketing, accounting, billing and bookkeeping functions, strategic planning, information technology and facilities.
Esther previously served as the firm’s Executive Director and as the firm has grown she is now focused on the financial management of the firm. In addition to being a founder of Strategy Law, LLP, responsible for setting up all firm operations, Esther had nine years of experience previously as the Executive Director of Structure Law Group, LLP, including moving that firm’s offices and supervising a tenant improvement build out.
Esther has over 15 years of experience in the legal field, as a legal administrator, a paralegal and a legal secretary. Her extensive experience in corporate, limited liability company and partnership formations and dissolutions, management of capitalization tables and stock option plans and corporate maintenance make her an invaluable asset to our clients.
Esther received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at UC Santa Cruz, and her MBA at San Jose State. She lives in Oregon with her husband, their son and daughter, and their yellow Labrador where she is actively involved in school activities for her children.
