Senior LLC and Partnership Attorney (10+ years)

Primary Responsibilities 

Are you an experienced, personable LLC and Partnership Attorney with a robust background who is looking to work in a positive environment with a firm experiencing strong and sustained growth?  You would be reviewing and advising on LLC and partnership matters, including:

• Formation of entities
• Complex LLC Agreements including experience with preferred returns and waterfalls
• Complex Partnership Agreements including California professional LLPs
• Joint Ventures

Opportunities include:

Supervising and training associates
Working and collaborating with other attorneys within the firm as desired on a cross-referral basis
Actively participate in the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives to promote the business transactions practice including related client updates, blogs, etc.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
Admission to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of California
10+ years of LLC and partnership experience required
