Senior Real Estate Attorney (10+ years)

Primary Responsibilities 

Are you an experienced, personable Real Estate Attorney with a robust background who is looking to work in a positive environment with a firm experiencing strong and sustained growth?  You would be reviewing and advising on transactional real estate matters, including:

• • Purchase and Sale Agreements, due diligence, title review
  • Development, Land-use, Zoning Environmental
  • Leases
  • Construction
  • 1031 Exchanges
  • Syndicated real estate transactions
  • Partnerships, LLCs, Joint Ventures

Opportunities include:

Supervising and training real estate associates
Working and collaborating with other attorneys within the firm as desired on a cross-referral basis 
Actively participate in the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives to promote the real estate law practice including related client updates, blogs, etc.

Qualifications 

Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school
Admitted to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of California
10+ years of Real Estate Law experience required, 15+ years preferred
